- Do not tumble dry and do not iron, unless the label says otherwise.
- Hand-wash or select delicate wash cycle (30 °C), follow the manufacturer’s instructions first.
- For comfortable use we recommend airing out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally for one to two days). This allows the natural scent of the material to fade.
- For tough stains scrape off the dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a carpet cleaning liquid. Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning. Use only rug recommended cleaners. Contact an expert for tough stain removal.
- Periodically, turn your rug 180 ̊ to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure.
- Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth. Clean from the edge to the middle of the rug, do not rub.
- Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.
